Permitted use
Rivora may be used for lawful CRM, operations, customer communication, job management, quoting, electronic signatures, invoicing, reporting and related business activities.
Prohibited conduct
- Unauthorized access, credential sharing, security testing without permission, or attempts to bypass organization boundaries.
- Malware, phishing, spam, fraud, deceptive practices or unlawful surveillance.
- Content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy or other legal rights.
- Use that materially disrupts Rivora or third-party infrastructure.
- Using Rivora to facilitate illegal products, services or transactions.
Restricted data
Unless expressly approved in a separate written agreement, do not store protected health information (PHI), medical records, Social Security numbers, full payment-card numbers or CVV codes, passwords, private encryption keys, biometric templates, or other information subject to specialized regulatory or contractual safeguards.
Enforcement
Rivora may investigate suspected abuse and may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, data, third parties or the platform. We will consider context and attempt to provide notice when appropriate.
