Plans and seats
Rivora Finance offers plan-based subscriptions with included user seats. Current public pricing is shown on the Pricing page. Additional full-user seats are currently listed at $10 per month per seat unless a written order form states otherwise.
Billing cycle
Subscriptions are billed on the cycle shown at checkout, on an invoice or in a signed order form. Recurring charges continue until canceled. Optional onboarding, custom development, migration, integration or managed-service work may be billed separately.
Upgrades and downgrades
Plan or seat upgrades may take effect immediately or on the next billing cycle depending on the order. Downgrades may take effect at renewal. If a downgrade would put an account above a plan’s seat or feature limits, the customer must reduce usage before the downgrade can be completed.
Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but generally does not retroactively refund a current billing period unless required by law or otherwise agreed in writing.
Refunds
Setup, onboarding, migration and custom-development fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun. Subscription refunds, credits or exceptions may be provided at Rivora’s discretion or when required by applicable law.
Failed payments and taxes
Access may be limited after reasonable notice if charges remain unpaid. Customers are responsible for applicable taxes except taxes based on Rivora’s net income. Any required taxes or fees will be identified on the applicable invoice or order.
